My mom is 57 years young (8 kids + 14 grandkids!) and has actually been suffering from a unknown sinus infection due to an infected tooth this entire year. They finally just discovered it a few weeks ago and while the video doesn’t translate it as well, she’s been dealing with really dark under eyes because of it.

Here’s how I worked my magic for her:

PROCESS OF APPLICATION 👇🏻

•Color correcting shade: Mango (spot with small side of multitasker brush)
•Main foundation shade: Amber (applied lightly over top Mango with small side of detail brush)
•Demi shade: RO3 (applied with small side of multitasker brush)
•Brightening shade: Aura (applied with small side of detail brush to inner and outer corners of the eyes)

Here’s how you can easily recreate this fall ins

Here’s how you can easily recreate this fall inspired eyeshadow:

1: Prime the lid (this creates a smooth + even base for blending)
2: Butterscotch - apply all over lid + crease and lower lash line
3: Filly - apply to outer corner of the lid and lower lash line
4: Gold Digger - apply on center part of the lid
5: Angels Landing - apply over top and inner corner

Add some mascara or lashes and you’re good to go!

Brushes used:
Smudge Brush: for priming lids
Eyeshadow brush

Lip combo: Plum + Royal lip/cheek

Your technique is everything when it comes to makeup application - especially if you have larger pores.

Contouring Tips to remember for large pores:

•Apply foundation in a swirling motion in contour areas first

•Use a softer bristle brush to disperse contour

•Apply contour in a soft tapping motion vs swiping it on

If you struggle to contour your nose, read this 👇🏻

Contouring the nose when first starting out can be a little tricky, but the nice thing about using a cream contour is that it’s so forgiving and easy to fix a mistake!

Because contour is accentuating shadows, bring your contour on the bridge of your nose rather than the sides to keep a nice thin line of light down the center. Going too far outside the bridge can accentuate your nose to be larger than it actually is;)

I recommend using a straight lined brush to make contouring easy!

TIP: color is everything when contouring the nose. If you have a lot of redness in your nose, I recommend correcting that first and then applying your contour shade. Make sure your contour shade isn’t too warm!

I am often asked if this all-in-one foundation palette oxidizes and the answer is No! And hallelujah for that.

While the color does look darker online and in the tin because of how pigmented it is and how little you need, it applies so beautifully on the skin.

And if you have maturing skin, I can’t recommend this Seint palette enough!

And it’s actually science… You cannot neutral

And it’s actually science…

You cannot neutralize darkness with a “light concealer” stick. You’re only going to enhance it.

If you want to truly conceal (I prefer the word neutralize) darkness under the eyes without enhancing fine lines or texture, you need to use a color correcting shade that is the same saturation level and the opposite color and in a VERY minimal amount (no raccoon correcting) to brighten under the eyes.

I also use the word “brighten” but ideally we’re just trying to look fresh and awake - we don’t want to create an unnatural level of brightness under the eyes - especially with aging skin. Too much light will again draw attention to fine lines or create added texture.
