One of the most common struggles I hear from my makeup clients are how to apply eyeshadow on their hooded eye shape. If that’s you, these two tips will change the game! The goal with eyeshadow on hooded eyes is to really open the eye by playing with shadows.

Tip 1: By applying your crease shade with your eye open, you can ensure that it’s being placed in the right place.

Tip 2: For most hooded eye shapes, keeping the shadow inside the corner of the eye helps keep that lift.
