I know I don’t have hooded eyes 😉 BUT it’s a technique that works on my clients who do.

3 Tips for a Winged Liner on Hooded Eyes:

1: Tightline under lash line
2: Start wing below the fold of the eyes or from the bottom of the lower lash line up
3: Line along lower lash line and smudge it out to soften it up

Bonus: Add a neutral eyeshadow above your crease and keep your eyes open when applying to help really open the eyes.

Remember: your wings are sisters not twins so don’t stress too much over making it perfect.

Use an angled brush to make lining super easy and clean it up with a q-tip.
