What is the Demi method?
The Demi method uses color science (opposite colors on the color wheel) to neutralize and tone the skin without added makeup texture. Unlike traditional color correctors, this method doesn’t require foundation
🌈 When you use opposite colors on the color wheel you can neutralize unbalanced skin like magic! Blue = Orange, Green = Red, Purple = Yellow
-It uses much less opacity, about 10% (for reference foundation is 100% opacity meaning it creates a layer) to neutralize the skin with zero makeup texture.
-Because we’re using color science and an almost invisible amount of product – we get this nice balanced fresh look that lasts all day and will not crease (when applied correctly!)

Demi is for those who truly want a balanced look without the fuss of makeup texture/creasing and truly want a minimal fresh look.
-Yes, there is a learning curve to using Demi (like with trying anything new) because it is such a unique product that doesn’t truly exist properly anywhere else. But it is MAGIC when you learn how to use it.
-I use Demi on days where I’m not feeling foundation but I still want to neutralize my under eyes; acne spots (makes them disappear!), and small areas of concern. I also love to use it in conjunction with my IIID makeup: bronzer, contour, lip/cheeks, etc.
In the tutorial below I used:
YO1: For purple/red looking under eyes
O1: Lighter blue/shadowed areas
O3: Darker shadows like hallow lines and blue vein
RO1: For light freckle areas
Brushes: Spot Brush+ Bright brush
